How to process a return
Three simple steps to send something back. We make it as effortless as possible.
Generate your label
Use your order number from your confirmation email. Head to our returns portal to start generating a return label. A label will automatically be emailed to you within 10 minutes.
Pack & ship
Place your item in a shipping poly mailer or small box. Stick the provided shipping label on it and drop it off at your local USPS post office.
Get your refund
We process returns within 5 to 7 business days of arrival. Refunds reach your account within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
Your return window
Full flexibility
Return for either store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
Store credit only
Returns made 16 to 30 days after receipt are eligible for store credit only.
Not eligible
Returns past 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

A note on non-compliance
In the event of non-compliance with our return policy, the returned items will be considered as inconsistent with our returns policy and will not be reimbursed. In the event of non-compliance the return will be rejected by our teams.
Items considered non-compliant include:
- Worn, washed, used, or altered garments
- Any sign of makeup on the garment
- Garments with perfume or smells (cigarettes, smoke, etc.)
- Items missing original tags
